Grass Roots Golf, operated by Ben Koech, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Or contact us directly at bkoech1992@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.
