1. Who we are

Grass Roots Golf ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Ben Koech. By using our website and services (the "Service"), you are entering into an agreement with Ben Koech.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

Grass Roots Golf provides golf round logging, handicap tracking, leaderboards, tournament tools, course information, and related features. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

4. Account & acceptable use

You must keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse;
• infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
• resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
